Veuve Clicquot Rosé is built from the same base as the Yellow Label — 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay across 50 to 60 crus — completed with a 12% addition of still red Pinot Noir wine for color and red fruit depth. Up to 45% reserve wines go into the blend; minimum three years on the lees before release at 8 g/L dosage.
