Via Carota's sparkling take on the French 75 — the classic cocktail scaled to 200mL and bottled for immediate drinking. Each bottle contains two servings. Gin and sparkling wine with citrus and elderflower — elegant and high-toned, lighter than the Old Fashioned and Margarita expressions from the same lineup.

The bottled cocktail line comes from Jody Williams and Rita Sodi's Via Carota — the West Village restaurant that's run since 2014 on the principle that good food and good drinks don't need to be complicated. The sparkling range launched in May 2024.
