Voštinić-Klasnić is a family estate on a small hill near Ivanić Grad, in the Moslavina region of continental Croatia. The family has made wine since 1936, when the first Škrlet vines went into the ground, and some of those vines still grow. The farming is organic, though not certified. The grapes are picked by hand in the early morning, and the wine stays in stainless steel until it is bottled.
