Widow Jane starts this one from the same rye base as its Paradigm Rye, then sets fresh-cut applewood staves alongside the oak, aiming for a softer, fruitier rye than the traditional style. Apple blossom and a thread of applewood smoke on the nose, baked apple and orange peel on the palate, dried apple and blood orange on the finish.

Like every Widow Jane whiskey, it is non-chill filtered and proofed with limestone mineral water from the Rosendale mines upstate. Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2023 and 2024.
