Concord is the grape of childhood memory — the purple stuff, the lunchbox juice. Wild Arc Farm takes certified organic Concord from Buzzard Crest Vineyard in the Finger Lakes, gives it a whole-bunch carbonic maceration, then referments it in the can with local wildflower honey. Winemaker Todd Cavallo calls it "a summer sparkler that tastes just like your favorite grape soda from childhood" — and he's right. 9% ABV. Zero sulfur added. Unfined and unfiltered.
Wild Arc is Todd and Crystal Cavallo, former Brooklynites who traded fire escapes for nine acres in Pine Bush, Hudson Valley in 2016. Small production, regenerative farming, total transparency — and a can you can bring anywhere summer takes you.
