Yatir Creek comes from vines in the Yatir Forest, planted at up to 900 meters above sea level at the southern tip of the Judean Hills — one of the most historically documented winemaking regions in the world. The 2020 is Syrah-dominant: 84% Syrah with Carignan for freshness and Mourvèdre for structure. Aged a year in large-format oak vessels (1,200–5,400 liters), it rounds without loading wood. Not mevushal.
