“Rosa Himmel”, which translates to pink sky in Swedish,  is a fruit pét-nat that pushes the boundaries between cider and wine. Apples undergo wet maceration with blueberries and chokeberries (aka aronia, a Swedish 'superfood' rich in antioxidants) to create this fresh & lightly fruity, yet savory blend.
