OREGON : WILLAMETTE VALLEY
MED-FULL-BODIED, KEY LIME, LYCHEE, WHITE PEACH, STONE, BRIOCHE, NO OAK
Nicknamed the "King of Pinot," King Estate Winery is credited for popularizing and reinventing Pinot Gris (aka Pinot Grigio, but don't think of it that way) in the US. The Domaine Pinot Gris is one of their premier bottlings: luscious, juicy, and round, it has layers of bright tropical and stone fruit (think lychee, kumquat, and white pear), elegant minerality, and wonderfully refreshing, balanced acidity.
WINEMAKING : Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for maximum fruit character; aged sur lie for six months.
ECOLOGY : Certified Organic & Biodynamic: 100% estate fruit from the largest certified Biodynamic vineyard in North America
