CHAMPAGNE : AUBE
FULL-BODIED, BRUT, MINERAL, RIPE PEAR, GREEN APPLE, LEES CHARACTER, NO OAK
Another day, another beautiful estate-grown Champagne that outperforms many in the $60+ bracket. First-generation winemaker Bertrand Brigandat’s domaine in the high hillside vineyards of southern Champagne is the same site once worked by his father Pierre, a négociant who supplied high quality Pinot Noir grapes to Laurent-Perrier. Aged 3 years sur latte.
ECOLOGY : Organic, Practicing Biodynamic
PAIR WITH : Roasted Halibut with Butter Sauce
FRANCE : SOUTHWEST : VIN DE PAYS DES COTES DE GASCOGNE
50% Merlot, 50% Tannat
ITALY : TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE : VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI

Expressive aromas of white apple blossoms; ripe yellow apple with lime zest and orange pith on the palate. Good finish.
