Full-bodied and food-worthy, this structured but well-balanced Cabernet from Paso Robles (the heart of California’s Central Coast) has expressive dark fruit and chewy, textured tannins.
WINEMAKING : Aged in a majority of French oak, with some American and Hungarian barrels for added complexity. After 8 months of aging, a small amount of Petit Verdot is added to enhance structure, and the final blend is aged in barrel for an additional 12 months before bottling.
FARMING : Certified Sustainable; fruit is handpicked from two estate vineyards (Huerhuero and Creston Valley)
