Thirty-two botanicals sourced from the Alps above Chambéry — hibiscus, basil, gentian, artemisia among them — macerated in Ugni Blanc base wine and sweetened with grape must only. Less sweet and more precise than most French vermouths, with a creamy texture and clean, drying finish.
