Often Bordeaux sends one’s palate into oaky, tannic shock, but here’s where the buck stops. Savory red fruit, warm tobacco spice, and cedar notes lay atop soft tannins. The result of renouncing any chemicals aside from very little sulfur sets this bottle apart from the rest.
