LIGHT-BODIED, ROSE PETAL, CHERRY CHOCOLATE, TANGY CITRUS, EARTHY, NEUTRAL OAK
Made from 100% Riesling juice fermented wild on fresh Cabernet Franc skins — the skins from the rosé press — then aged in used French oak with no sulfites added. The Riesling’s citrus precision and high acidity stay fully intact; the Cab Franc skins bring rose petal, light tannin, and cherry depth. Wine Enthusiast 92 pts: “a tightrope of fun and seriousness.”
Not quite a red, not quite a white, and definitely not a rosé (in our opinion, it most closely resembles a super light, chillable red)...Whatever you want to call it, ‘Red Rizza’ (“Rizza” is Aussie slang for Riesling) is undeniably fresh, delicious, easygoing, and unique.
