Est. in 1987, Domaine Pascal Jolivet owns over 120 acres of vineyards in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, which is just across the river on the north bank of the Loire. The “Blanc Fumé” (meaning: “smoky white,” in reference to the signature gun flint aromas of Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly-Fumé) has the same minerality and fresh acidity of a Sancerre, but with riper fruit and a slightly creamier palate.
FARMING : Organic & Biodynamic
WINEMAKING : Minimal intervention (native yeasts, cold settling [no enzymes], low SO2); fermentation and lees ageing in stainless steel (no oak)

A fresh, lively, and fruity Brut Nature BdB that combines French sparkling wine heritage with Argentina’s unique terroir. Fun fact: Alta Vista was the first winery in Argentina to produce single vineyard wines! Their Brut Nature is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, 50% of which is estate fruit sourced from the Albaneve estate vineyard in the Uco Valley.
