The late Anne-Claude Leflaive — famed matriarch of one of Burgundy’s most important domaines — revitalized this Anjou property in 2008 as a project to help biodynamic wine estates across France. This Cab Franc is classic Loire: spicy, mineral-driven, and quite supple, with generous ripe red & black fruit. Wow!

Dry, refreshing and elegant with bright fruit, citrus, beeswax, and mineral notes. Partial MLF to soften acidity and add body; aged in stainless and bottled early to maintain & maximize fruit flavors. Pairs well with seafood,
