ITALY : VENETO : TREVISO
LIGHT BODY, FRESH, FRUITY, STONE FRUIT, NO OAK
Produced in the frizzante style, which has less pressure inside the bottle which gives finer bubbles. The nose gives yellow peach, nectarine, and quince. The palate is fresh, light and easy drinking.

GERMANY : PFALZ
Pinot Noir, Portugieser
LIGHT-BODIED, GRAPEFRUIT, CRISP, SALINE, NEUTRAL OAK
The Brand Brothers are making incredibly expressive wine and this pet-nat exemplifies their work. Fresh citrus blossoms open the bouquet, while the palate is tart, with a melange of juicy berries.
NEW YORK : FINGER LAKES
Leon Millot, Marquette, Cabernet Franc
LIGHT-BODIED, PLUM, BLUEBERRY, RASPBERRY, MINT, FLORAL, NO OAK
Rich and layered (but light), this Pét Nat from the Osmote family's small winery on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake is equally beautiful in the glass as it is on the palate: a deep, dark – almost opaque – purple color rimmed with lovely fuchsia bubbles, the wine itself has lush bramble fruit with mint, violet and woodsy notes alongside zingy acidity and chalky tannins.
