First-generation winemaker Bertrand Brigandat’s domaine in the high hillside vineyards of southern Champagne is the same site once worked by his father Pierre, a négociant who supplied high quality Pinot Noir grapes to Laurent-Perrier. Aged 3 years sur latte.

Dry, refreshing and elegant with bright fruit, citrus, beeswax, and mineral notes. Partial MLF to soften acidity and add body; aged in stainless and bottled early to maintain & maximize fruit flavors. Pairs well with seafood,
