This fragrant, textbook nebbiolo from a small family farm (est. 1851) in the heart of the Roero is essentially a declassified, youthful Barolo. The estate has adopted organic methods and uses natural fertilizers and no herbicides; wine is from 30 year old vines and aged on average for six months in barrique, and two months in bottle before release.
