Awarded Vigneron of the Year in 2021 by Revue du Vin de France, Antoine Gouffier is one of the rare estates in the AOP to be certified both organic and biodynamic. Working with minimal intervention in the cellar (indigenous yeast, stainless steel, and low sulfur), he produces elegant, site-specific wines, such as the highly aromatic and vibrant 'Terres Blanches.' Super-clean and precise yet fleshy and textured, it has gorgeous citrus / stone fruit and hardcore minerality … a true expression of a “grand Sauvignon Blanc," and a shining example of what terroir-driven natural wines can accomplish.
