The wine is a selection of the best Arinto grapes grown in the ‘Vinha da Gafa,’ a vineyard with southeastern exposure and clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand harvested and completely destemmed. Only free-run juice is fermented.

Drink Niepoort wanted to make a wine that was easy to drink, natural, ans showcase the Bairrada region. We think he did a damn good job with this one. Ripe strawberry aromas reflect on the palate, and immaculate spice and mineral undertones male this wine quite special. Serve Chilled!
