This Brisat (Catalan for “orange wine”) from Costador Terroirs stays on the skins for 6-8 weeks in amphora, giving it a beautiful amber color, and a bit of bite.
FARMING : Biodynamic
WINEMAKING : Natural / Low-Intervention : spontaneous fermentation; unfined, and unfiltered; low sulfur. Aged in amphora for seven months.
