Sagrantino
FULL-BODIED, BLACK CHERRY, TAR, FRESH HERBS, EARTH NEUTRAL OAK
‘Sacris’ could definitely benefit from some more bottle age in order to let its tannins soften up a bit (FYI, Sagrantino has the thickest skin of any other wine grape in the world)...it also has the right balance and structure to age long and gracefully, and just happens to be the first-ever 100% Sagrantino made in Oregon. Conclusion: ‘Sacris’ might make a very cool, unique bottle to collect & cellar (until 2028-2060)!

Tullia is another of our all-time favorite dry-yet-fruity affordable bubbles! Straw yellow in color, with an intensely fruity and fresh bouquet reminiscent of spear wood flowers, wisteria, wild apple, and mountain honey, plus a fine and persistent perlage... honestly, what’s not to love about it?
