Still quite young, it should remain “fresh” for the next 6-7 years, but will become more complex & continue to improve with age.

Grapes are hand-picked and pressed with feet; fermentation occurs via native yeasts with 10-12 days of skin contact; wine is aged on the lees in used French oak demi-muid (600L); unfined/unfiltered.
