Pure, authentic, and elegant Vinho Verde born from biodynamic vineyards on the schistous slopes near Viana do Castelo in Vinho Verde, which is 8km from the Atlantic coast. Unusually for a Vinho Verde, the wine is completely still (sans any effervescence). The vinification process consists of co-fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional granite press (lagar).

Drink Niepoort wanted to make a wine that was easy to drink, natural, ans showcase the Bairrada region. We think he did a damn good job with this one. Ripe strawberry aromas reflect on the palate, and immaculate spice and mineral undertones male this wine quite special. Serve Chilled!
