Rich and polished but made in a riper style and fairly easy-going (as far as Bordeaux goes), Chåteau Paloumey’s Haut-Médoc has deep black fruit with mint, vanilla, and tobacco notes from oak ageing.
WINEMAKING : Fermented in stainless steel; aged in French oak barrels for 12 months
ECOLOGY / FARMING : Certified organic; gravel-dominated soils in the south of the Médoc; estate-grown & bottled
