FRANCE : BURGUNDY : CHABLIS
LIGHT-BODIED, APPLE, CHAMOMILE, HONEYCOMB, OYSTER SHELL, NO OAK

Pairing : “Jambom Persillé” (Ham with Parsley) / Oysters, White Fish, Gougeres
ITALY : TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE : VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI
